The Center for Lifelong Learning seeks to nurture continuing growth in the knowledge of the Triune God through these inseparable and mutually enriching areas of theological education:
  • Thoughtful engagement with the content of the classical disciplines of Christian theology and their implications for ministry today.
  • Theological reflection on pastoral practices in order to develop increasing competence.
  • A more informed understanding of local congregational life and contemporary society as the context of Christian ministry.
  • Personal and corporate engagement with the practices of Christian spiritual and personal formation for the development of holy character.

All this is provided in the context of a supportive community of peers noted by its openness, trust, and challenge.
