Looking for a female roommate to share rent and utilities in a two bedroom home located about 13 minutes from seminary. Rent would be $250.00 a month (plus the cost of splitting utilities between two people). House has two bedrooms, one bathroom, dishwasher, laundry, deck and screened in sun porch and is located near the Red Bridge area.
