Looking for a female roommate to split rent/utilities in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The apartment is located in the Willow Creek Apartment complex, approximately 15 minutes from NTS. Rent would be $305/month plus utilities which are about $75/month. The apartment complex offers a couple swimming pools, tennis courts, and a gated community. The apartment will be available starting July 1, 2009.
